Bulk pick-ups are available for the following items: furniture, all appliances (refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners must have a certificate verifying that all Freon has been removed), and extra trash.  Residents receive bulky item pick- ups every week with their regular trash pick up. Republic services will pick up to 3 cubic yards (total trash on curb)  for free, each additional cubic yard after will be charged $12.50/per cubic yard. The first 5 additional yard will automatically be picked up and the charge will be added to your next water bill. If you have more than the 8 cubic yards, Republic Services will leave a tag with a quote for the cost to pick up.
