The City Council of the City of Kaufman will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of a wastewater impact fee.

The proposed wastewater impact fee per service unit will be between $0.00 and $6,314.00.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the adoption of the impact fee. Copies of the proposed wastewater impact fee report are available on the City’s website and at City Hall, 209 S. Washington Street.
