Craft Vendor Information
Craft Vendor spaces are $75.00 per booth space. When registering we need you to specify what you are selling as we try our best not to duplicate types of vendors. Your registration will not be considered until you state what you are selling. The City of Kaufman is seeking craft, and shopping vendors only, no informational booths. The Kaufman Harvest Fest event is a family-oriented event. All merchandise and displays must be appropriate and suitable for all ages. No guns, knives, or weapons, toy guns or weapons, CBD, or other illegal substances/products will be allowed. No explicit or inappropriate language. No sexually inappropriate merchandise. Your booth will be checked prior to the gates opening to verify compliance with the rules. The City staff and its representatives reserve the right to determine the suitability of merchandise and have it removed from display/sales.
The booth space is approximately 10'x10'. Tent ropes, ties, etc. must fit within the 10'x10' area or you will need to purchase an additional space. All spaces are uncovered and on grass. No in-ground stakes can be driven into the grass.
If electricity is needed, there is a $40.00 additional fee for vendors for electricity. Each plug is 20 amps, and you are limited to two (2) plugs. You must list everything you will need electricity for in the comments section of your vendor registration. Electricity is limited. Priority is given to food vendors even with early registration. Please contact the City of Kaufman for approval if you would like to bring your own generator.
Food Vendor Information
Food Vendor spaces are $125.00 per space. The booth space is approximately 10'x20'. All spaces are uncovered and on concrete. No in-ground stakes can be driven into the concrete. Must provide the measurements of the truck or trailer (hitch to bumper) in the comments section of the online registration. The City of Kaufman is ONLY seeking food trucks or trailers, no tent setups will be allowed.
For any vendor serving food who does not have an annual permit with the City of Kaufman (not just selling prepackaged food), a $50.00 Food Permit is required by the City of Kaufman (please add to your registration separately). You will also need to complete a City of Kaufman Food Permit Application and return it to the City of Kaufman at kaufmancitysec@kaufmantx.org .
